I don't consider. Enrique as an elite manger.

Yes, he's won the CL but that wouldn't have been possible without the quality players as the MSN. Besides, he had Xavi who assisted in some ways because I remembered him being often introduced in the second half whenever Barca had some problem controlling the midfield.

However, I think any coach who would move away from the 4231 setup and relieve Ozil from his misery in the midfield would be a welcome development because Ozil should have no business playing in the midfield, he should be used either on the wing in 433 or as a SS in a 4312 setup and I think this little effort would go a lot of way to help Arsenal.
