I dunno if it's psychological but i think i need help.
The issue is that i am so short tempered and i get angry so easily and it's really affecting me. Okay not too long ago i destroyed the expensive phone i bought just because i was angry. Just two days ago i destroyed two of my phones because someone annoyed me. I shout and flare up at the slighest provocation. I now look like someone who doesnt have respect and it makes me feel very bad. If i continue i am sure i won't end. Who has been in such a situation and how did u overcome??... Please don't quote the post. Thanks

You need to address some personal issues. You seem to have bottled up emotions bursting at the slightest provocation.
Perhaps you need to evaluate your insecurities and accept yourself for whom you are, cos really, the biggest room is the room for self improvement.

Good step to anger management is realizing that you need one. So kudos, you're already on the path to overcoming it.

U need to take up anger management classes...

Bro try n get professional help pls cos ur issue can be solved.

But if u dnt do d right tin it may get worse . Trust me.

Your anger could be due to covert and, unconscious problems, but you can only can the right help from a professional.

Get a psychologist!

i once had anger management issues... lost a few phones to it .... @op you'll be all right... controlling anger doesn't happen overnight... it takes time... try to always calm your mind and remember not to take decisions when angry cuz you're always bound to regret them later... the anger will come.. as a matter of fact i get angry easily although not too easily... but I've learnt to control myself... its all about practice... also pray about it .. happy Sunday

If you're a christian Read Psalm 51 every morning and every night. Don't just read it, meditate on it until it sinks into your spirit. Read other scriptures too.

Also Always say this, "Lord Jesus, take more of me and give me more of you, more of your love, more of your meekness, more of your holiness", etc. Keep doing this and I guarantee you that spirit of anger will flee.
