From what I observed yesterday, I met 8 people when I arrived. That's 9 people plus myself as at the time. Shortly after, 2 more guys came in, making 11. As I was doing the documentation exercise, I caught the sight of 2 more guys in the lobby. From then till I was taken to another floor for my interview, I noticed no other person. Also, the lady attending to the documentation process went about doing other things so we may safely say no other people arrived after those last two. So that makes 13 people in total. For the 3 days, if we assume same number if people per day, there would be a total of 39 invited.

It's just what I observed and I may just be totally wrong.

Really I expected their invite today against next week buh as I didn't see any mail till now I have finally given up as they may not send more invites. Time to move on with life.

My theory: There were 4 panels on 4 different floor. I noticed each panel attended to no more than 5 people each. That makes a total of 20 yesterday. Extrapolating that to the 3 days, I'll say 60 people thereabout were interviewed.

How long did yours take. Mine was 45mins.

On my floor, the panel attended to 4 people. I was the third and a 4th person was waiting. As I was leaving, no other person had joined.

Mine was like 30 minutes, 35 minutes tops. I think time would vary, depending on how long it takes you to answer questions and how many times they have to cut in and ask for more explanation on specific things you mention. The HR lady on my floor said I would be doing most of the talking as we were about to start and warned that I should be as brief as possible.

The interview went well and we are optimistic. I doubt your theory concerning the modalities of the invitations though, I know a number electrical and mechanical guys who were invited yesterday and even last week. As we all know the recruitment is for the same position and the interviews are not tailored to any specific discipline so I doubt their is any incentive for inviting people based on their discipline.

I really think it's based on performance. The best in the second stage assessment were called first in that order till the very last person. Does anyone know when the interviews will end?

Info has it that resumption is very, very soon, like "first-week-of-next-month" soon. So if medicals will be next and there's just 3 weeks left of what remains in March, interviews can safely be said to be over pretty soon, maybe tomorrow.
