All local hosts are incompetent...if you ask me, I will rather crush my money on foreign host than enduring the pain of local hosts...
If you ever used a local host, you will get to know all form of server error in a month without learning..
today 500 error, tomorrow 404, next 403, next 419, 988, 612, 922, 000, 177, 201, 101, 540...

True to What you stated. They have given you experience... lol. I am still waiting for them it now 1hour and 45mins

More than 2hours 45mins since I reported to their customer, since past 12pm, still no solution...

With respect to our last reply to your query. We asked you that the issues you are having is not related to server or php, this issues is related to SEO URL Enable under your admin configuration, Kindly disable it and try loading the page again, if the issue continue kindly reply us with your login details so we can work on it for you. You never got back to us and here you are saying things we do not merit. Your problem was resolved against all odds so why these unwarranted publicity. We gave strict instructions for you to follow to the latter and you did not. So how is this our fault? Just as a reminder, I will provide you with screenshots of the ticket you submitted and the discussion that ensued between us.

Do I get pleasures from it?

I still appreciate their customer service but they probably need to improve on how they treat clients. If I was assured it can be fix, I would have been patience till that is done.

This is to enable Nigeria Host to keep to improving their service. One Love still better than others.


But if it happens again, I would rather come here to lay complains. Than contacting you guys as long I still enjoy your trust. One again, thanks.
