I can't argue with you that diet isn't a cause of many illnesses.because that's true.afterall we all say you're what you eat.you're right on that account.but in the case of this man's condition,it can never be caused by diet.it's a genetic disorder that diet cannot affect.it's just like saying one is an slowpoke(down's syndrome)because of their diet.that's a big fallacy.some genetically linked diseases that can be made worse by diet include (but aren't limited to) diabetes,hypertension.this sex related trait CANNOT be affected by diet.and if I remember correctly,that's how this debate started.
