Just 30 minutes ago in Ikwere road mile one and mile three road Port Harcourt just experience 15minutes heavy rain drop that made the road to be flooded. ..as I am coming from UST to mile one..this is how the road looks like currently. .and some people have no choice to walk in that dirty water just to get to there destination..see pictures below

Mainly causee by those people thats sell in that mile one market there...even now they are inside the dirty water selling there food stuff

Nobody should blame wike a.k.a Mr project. People of diobu are dirty. That's how they dump refuse in the middle of the road, dump refuse into the drainage systems. Why won't they suffer from erosion?

I dont think they are suffering. .they are used to it and its nothing to them...imagine buying and selling is still going on there on that dirty water as I was taking pictures
