Nigeria has made another history...
yesterday Buhari returns, Osibanjo continued as "Acting President" while he (Buhari) continue to rest.
So in history yesterday March 10th, 2017; Nigeria has two presidents:
1. Resting President, and
2. Acting President.

there was a formal communication to d national Assembly for osinbajo to rule on acting capacity. now that he is back he need to still right national Assembly of his return.
