once, might be a mistake but repeated attacks and carnage is a sign that a state cso is not living up to expectation. violence prevention is part of security. i believe only states that have peace should be the ones to collect it. @fg |

let the federal govt threaten to pull it away from states that have security flaws and we would all see transformation in orderliness and harmony which is what the country needs for progress and encourage investors within and without. |

@nico007, a google search of 'what is the security vote for' shows results: all 36 state govs collect it, unmonitored and argument on its not backed by law. at the very least and despite agencies, they should use the jara to ensure peaceful states. |
