Ur explanation just made the teacher all the more culpable. If he had exercised due care in flogging , d oda pupil, common sense wld have instructed that he ensures a reasonable distance between the victim of eye loss and the one who was being flogged. So he was reckless in flogging the oda student. All dat needs to be proved to seal his culpability is either that he was reckless or negligent in flogging the oda pupil.
Besides, it's "I'm", not "am". Hope u ain't teaching dis to the oda kids.
