You can not flash hard bricked phone.. Take it to a qualified engineer.

How do you define hard brick sorry....

Does your phone still goes into recovery mode or it doesn't respond at all but charging?

That is Hard brick indeed... Search for this forum boycrack on Google and follow his advice. You may download file worth 2.5 gig tho. Otherwise send the phone down to lagos.
