First Lady of Cross River state, Lynda Ayade played the dotting partner as she drove her husband in a Hilux van to Ayade industrial and Rice city at the Goodluck Jonathan Bypass in Calabar, the state capital. She even waited for her husband in the van till the governor finished his interaction with the contractors at the site.

The governor disclosed that the next phase, which is the actual construction will commence immediately. The governor said this, among other projects currently ongoing across the state will form part of his second anniversary package on May 29.

They are partner in governance. Its good to work as a team. May God grant them d needed vision, direction, knowldege and power to bring more developments to the State.

I have nothing against them but I disagree with your comment. They are not partners in governance and shouldn't be. The people of the state did not vote for the governor and his wife rather the governor and his deputy. She has no role in governance as far as the electorate is concerned. God bless their family but the gov should separate family affairs from governance. It's a serious business but we sometimes make it look as if it's a joke.

The rate of robbery is high in calabar , so bad that boys rob in the day light.

A few days ago DSTv office at goldie was attacked by armed robbers those robbed and even killed a staff and nothing happened.

The way and manner these bad boys operate with impunity makes me wonder if they have the governors permission to operate , what is the commissioner of police for the state doing about crime in calabar.

If the rend continues , it will no longer be a preferred tourism destination.

The governor should take security serious and stop all this theatrics.
