Be educated. FG is on the verge of passing the act establishing Peace Corps of Nigeria as one of the Government organisations, and not as an NGO. And moreover, the article of association and memorandum of understanding must be followed. Dickson Akor and his men maybe guilty on some grounds: such as extortion and maybe nature of training giving to the recruits. Let be rational in comments and statements. God bless us.

The senate being the legislative arm of govt passes bills and the executive arm ratifies or confirms it by signing it into law. But in this case Buhari doesn't approve which is within his power to reject a bill. Just like Jonathan signed or ratified the Petroleum Industry Bill or Freedom of Information bill.
