Before lalasticlala move this thread to FP..go on twitter , express yourself and hashtag em..and you'll see result ..

Even if your money is gone..they will surely contact you for proper investigation

I have tried Twitter and the response was very poor. Sent 6 tweets before any reply!! Then they blamed me again just like that.

They have even done the "investigation". I chased them for 3 WEEKS before they denied my claim sad

Questions
How much is the total money?
Did you remember anyone you gave your card details to in the past or someone close to you that might have access to it?
When it was deducted was there no sms alert after each uber drive and how come no otp was required?
Look for them on Facebook and start tagging all your friends to speak up for you

There was NO SMS ALERT! The sms came TWO DAYS LATER. THey took the money like this: N13k, N9k, N8k again and again until the money was gone. The time of transactions was 2am in the night!
Exactly, I don't know why no OTP needed
And you are sure you don't use same card for any online transactions or on any pos machine Cox of a truth the case is not easy to fight but if you can prove uber taxi requires OTP then mail them and copy customer protection department of CBN
