Delta state is still paying a big price for his crimes as the cabals that he created are still the ruling class in delta state today. Delta state can not boost of companies to engage the unemployed youth. The flyover that was built by Ex-governor Emmanuel Uduaghan ( who is still waiting to be tried for corruption ) was laughable given the huge resources of the state coming from the federation account.

IBORI made delta state to loose money to the federal government of Nigeria in an attempt to bribe ex-efcc chairman Malam Nuhu Ribadu.


iBORI made delta state to loose huge monetary resources to Britain as he looted the state treasury to buy properties in Britain including other country.
