This will make businessmen to buy Modular refineries, reduce the damage being done to our environment and reduce/stop our dependence on importation of refined petrol products. Will the FG deregulate the downstream petroleum sector when modular refineries start production?

From the look of things, one can actually conclude that buhari actually consulted osibanjo on his arrival, and try to find out how he actually hold the country firmly in his absence.
