I was looking for who to sell my neteller to before I came across Truexgold banner on Nairaland, I send 170k naira worth of neteller while a friend of mine also sold 600,000naira worth.

After few days of expecting our bank to be credited, they came up with stories about how neteller blocked their account, after a month, the posted the picture of the email they received from neteller that their account cannot be reactivated but they can request for withdrawal.

It's 3weeks now without any message from them, we are unable to login to their website again. I personally click of Forget Password, but my email wasn't on their database.


WE ARE UPTO 60 EXPECTING NOTHING LESS THAN 10MILLION FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

PLEASE EFCC, POLICE AND OTHER SECURITY. OFFICERS ON NAIRALAND SHOULD PLEASE HELP US OUT.

We were surprised when someone tapped us to respond to this thread after about five years now, lol, well people are always quick to rush online to drop complaints about issues with a service but when the issues are finally resolved they find it hard to notify there audience or even take down their claims or complaints. A lot of people enjoy doing that and what they gain from it, is what we cannot tell.

Well, above issue has since been resolved, and all affected users were credited accordingly. We believe one of the users sent us bad funds which made Neteller block our account then, it took sometime for Neteller to make full refunds to us because of certain protocols that was involved, but after they refunded our money, we in turn settled all the affected users.
