omofunaab:

Let me be honest with you.

I personally don't give a hoot about you guys.

You murderers killed my grandma, killed my uncle

There was no apology nor compensation.

Aregbesola and senator omoworare have tried for you guys. What else do you want. People have been arrested just to calm nerves, you guys are getting justice but we don't when you kill us.

What do have to say about madam Bridget? Madam Eunice? Their killers have been let lose by your state governments.

Stop crying

Swallow what happened abeg.

Just recently in Sabo here in abeokuta, an hausa man stabbed a Yoruba man but we managed to settle everything amicably..

But you don't try things like that in Ile Ife ,those guys are always battle ready..

Don't even try to provoke ife people.. You got away with in mile 12 because you received help from soldiers.

You guys should be careful..

if you witnessed the saki Massacre you will know that Ife own is just a tip of the iceberg.. there is no single place in yoruba land that those hausa/fulani can cause chaos and get away with it, not even lagos. .. one thing i have noticed is many people love to call yorubas cowards because of their slow nature to respond but when they finally do they leave terror in their path, this is the case in Ile-Ife

Nigeria is already on the brink, we are now at same spot the Bosnians found themselves before all hell was let loose and Europe witnessed the worst savage civil war since the WW2 ended. We in the South, especially the Igbos should be very careful going forward, lets divest massively from the north & be fully prepared for the coming psunami. The Hausa/fulani already has the advantage of being in control of the army & will likely have the upper hand if hostilities break out but that advantage could easily be wiped out if the entire south puts their differences aside and present a common front. We have the resources, manpower and intellect to put this guys were they belong once and for all.

Study a lil history on Nigeria. Then you will know that one tribe go betray the other. angry

That south collabo won't work.

They have done it b4...

It is time for every governor to enact a law on these herdsmen just like Fayose did. Why are Fulani and Hausa Muslims killing Yoruba Muslims. I thought since they believe in the same faith they should cooperate with each other.

Kathmandu:
However, in his response to the allegation of murder, leader of Fulani herdsmen in the area, Alhaji Saliu Kadiri who is also the National Chairman, Jamu Nati Fulbe Association of Nigeria, alleged that the deceased farmer poisoned his crops which the cattle ate and that led to its death.

“The herdsman reported the case and the following day, the man was found dead. He was not stabbed and there were no stab wounds on him. His tubers of yam were also burnt. Only my God knows who killed him,” he said.

The IDIOT blames God. How do this people reason self?

More like 'preparing the ground swell' as Robert ludlum says in one of his Bourne novels

From Mile 12 to Akure, Ekiti, Ife and now Oyo, Wtf is going on? Its like the battle ground is fast shifting to the south west. I hope my brothers from there are ready for the task ahead. This is a war of attrition, for those that dont understand; it means your enemy will keep nibbling at you both to taste the waters and also to make you weary from constant "mild" attacks before the main onslaught. we'll keep observing as events unfold.

Meanwhile, Ambassador of the United States (U.S.) to Nigeria, Williams Stuart Symington has said the only way to stop incessant clashes between farmers and herdsmen was to engage in ranching of cows as it obtains in the U.S.

The comment above is the only solution. It will even be a means of generating revenue because they will be made to pay tax

Adebowale89:

your point is not following. u would ve assume the one that occurred between abia and Hausa, Enugu recently is war alarm

religion of peace is the problem of this people.

Christianity is the worst that has happened to mankind
It drives people to rush to conclusion without thinking

Adebowale89:
if they can get rid of there religion mentality and see Human first before anything is when this farmer and herdsmen crisis we end

So how come a pope sanctioned burning people at the stake?

Adebowale89:

if them like may them build ranches, it won't stop it. the FG need to start some sensational programme to educate this stack illiterate on the value of human and full tolerance of one another

The white who put padlocks on the mouths of our ancestors and branded were educated
And they brought Christianity to you

Fulani/hausa are the worst thing that had ever happen to Nigeria and Nigerians

This is a lesson to other Yoruba patsy who still want to give their land to fulani for ranching. He was warned against renting his house to them but didn't listen. May his soul rest in peace.

These people are liars and devilish. "He poisoned his crops"?? Does this make any sence. They've indirectly pleaded guilty that their cattle feed on the poor farmer's crops.

"Meanwhile, Ambassador of the United States (U.S.) to Nigeria, Williams Stuart Symington has said the only way to stop incessant clashes between farmers and herdsmen was to engage in ranching of cows as it obtains in the U.S. The American envoy, who made the suggestion during his visit to Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State as part of efforts to achieve peace, advised Nigerians to always uphold peace and unity in their diversity for development to take place in the country."

Sadly, it is taking The FG and the Uniform obsessed Nigerian Senate ages to have this done. It is criminal trespass to graze cattle on land belonging to another without permission. Gov. Ayo Fayose got it right on this one. He set in motion legislative measures that has kept the migrant herdsmen largely in check as a few of them convicted for such infractions are presently in jail.
