A departmental course must be passed and if you fail OYO is your case. In OAU, you will repeat the course and that is an extra automatically if it happens in your final year.
Some courses are even prerequisites in OAU, if you fail them even in part 1, 2 or 3 it is an automatic extra year.
ACC 101 is a prerequisite for ACC 201.
