A city just about 3metres above sea level is bound to have these problems.even with drainage when it rains its just have to flood,but with proper drainage it would move faster

This is the 1st time in a democracy that the Federal and Lagos State govts are controlled by the same political party. Incidents like this shouldn't happen again
