Keneking:It might not be the government though because he is a state commissioner, been a commissioner in Nigeria is like owning a mini -bank vault because they can also steal as they like, @ topic, Na wao, stress, depression, untreated medical challenges, cardiac arrest etc might likely be the cause, it is always good to see your physician regularly to ascertain your health status, lastly, exercise is good to be done in bits, dont over stress your body anyhow, doing 15 to 30 Mins daily is not bad and you can gradually increase it, Rip to the guy  1 Like |
