well... I've read the history of slavery... the south american Christians didn't seem to understand the OP's treat your slave well concept... they treated their slaves like garbage.. i dunno if Jesus did or did not speak against it tho cuz it wasn't documented.. i saw the verse on beating your slave as long as he/she doesn't die and i was seriously laughing at the response of the op... slavery is one hell of a wrong thing.. some people said slaves meant servants... i dunno much about that.. I'd still like to know how the jews treated their slaves but I'm 100% sure that the early Christian version of slavery was not the “treat your slave equally" kind of slavery.. in fact.. it was the “beat them but dont kill them but if they die no one cares" kind of slavery... although some Christians opposed it... others used biblical backings to support it

neither can i... that's one of the reasons I'm not affiliated with any particular denomination.. basically everyone will claim to be right... no one agrees that they are wrong... either one or none of them are correct... the question is how do we verify

Since we're talking about what the bible condemns, can you also show me a verse in the bible that condemns abortion and masturbation? But we all know they are sins.

The Bible which is the word of God condemned killing, stealing, lying, fornication, adultery, even things as mundane as circumcision was discussed in the Bible.
The Bible didn't condemn slavery. It even gave guidelines in how slave masters should relate with their slaves.
The Bible was comfortable with slavery. If it wasn't show me a verse online that proves otherwise.

By that you mean being chaste? Do you have a proper with decency? Are we forcing you to conform to our beliefs?

There are so many things that weren't mentioned in the Bible that are considered sin today example fraud, smoking and suicide. Why did you pick those 2? I'm sure you would have added pornography if you remembered it.
No, I have no problem with decency. I'm a pretty decent guy myself.
Read my post again. The Bible gave guidelines on how slave masters should relate with their slaves.
Does the Bible now give guidelines on how to commit sin as per your inference?
