1gb ram 16gb rom, 5mp front and back camera, its quite low when compared to phones available in market now

I believe if you go get the phone and check it out and buy from a confirm store you'd be given warranty

Yes cos I was very busy den .. it was my friends shop it happen so I put it on desktop

if its desktop charger and a shop then its not like it was securely locked or kept, i can understand that situation
