There are just too many reasons Nigeria is crashing.

People legit sell these fake and expired drugs and make money off it without conscience.

If the story is true the fellow that snapped it should've easily reported to police with picture evidence of police arresting them on their next runs.

That alone makes for a complete story. So story is incomplete and regarded as false.

Though most of the patent/pharmaceutical drug dealers in Onitsha are of Imo state descent but however I have not seen anything on this picture to prove that they are expired drugs/drips or even Onitsha.

The photo doesn't prove beyond reasonable doubt quite alright, but it's evidence enough.
On no ground(s) should medicine or any clinical ware(s) be handled the way it is depicted in the picture.
Whether or not they are repacking is secondary. The condition shown is not suitable for medical purposes.

The most important thing here is not whether the act is done in the South or North. The person who made it known is a popular radio journalist here in Enugu. He already mentioned the area where the hideous act is perpetrated. Rather than speak against this bestiality, you're more concerned that the criminals are either from Anambra or not.

you used to be sane, what happened? i have a theory though. i think Nairaland feeds into peoples nightmare and makes them think irrationally.
All the gore pictures you see here and the hate comments you read everyday, you might think it's just words on screen, but our sub-conscious mind absorbs this information unknowingly, all this have effects that are not immediate.
