I guess zartech in Ibadan still sells bloodstock. In Lagos I know a couple of farms that sells good broodstock though within alagbado axis.

You should check your overall management practice not pointing only on bad fingerings, what is your feeding ppattern like and also what type of feed do u use..how often you change water.. Over stocking can cause redundant growth also..

need quality fingerlings also in kaduna Zaria.. my previous first trail was a mess.. got fingerlings from a mallam selling fish in the market with all mouth that they are shooters.. just to discover after 4 months that they are all runts.. only 150 grew from 2000 fingerlins i bought for 4 months feed them with almost 200k till date..
very Painful...
very discouraging to Venture Further..
But want to give it another chance..

Seriously I had a very similar experience. Over 50% of the fingerlins I got from somewhere in kaduna were runts.

Sorry for the late response.. Get 1kg of wood ash mixed with regular salt of 0.5 grams. Dissolve and apply to your pond. .
