Please where can I get Bahamian Visa (Visa to the Bahamas) from Nigeria? One dcoument I checked from a Bahamian website and it says I should apply at the nearest UK Embassy/Consulate. Is this true? Does anyone have any information for me?.

could be true since bahamas is a british colony
but google the bahamian consulate and you will get the info you want.

Bahamas is a tourist country nice beaches, hotels etc. from what i saw when i was there with my nigerian passport (had a green card no visa needed) is that they mostly have jobs in hotels and places where tourist goes. But since the decline in business due to the global economy, most of those hotels are cutting back on staff so be for warned before you get there. It's an awsome place for vacation though i had too much fun. If you get there, check out the Atlantis hotel and casino.

what i find out, Nigerians do not need a visa to the Bahamas, but the problem is that one need to get a transit visa to the UK,  and is hard now.

Not true. Nigerians need a Bahamian visa to visit Bahamas

Of course Nigeria is on the list of the countries that need visas to enter the Bahamas.

As of last year Nigeria do not need visa to the Bahamas, very sure of that, things are really getting bad just every day for us. God really need to help us.

I do sincerely apologize to those I have offended, and I have erased my last post,for the record I am right here in (Bahamas) like I said. I meet a lot of people all over the World,nvited many to my Country and the had a wonderful time, and I have returned the favor.Out of these many persons I have meet on my socail network, a few of my friends are from Nigeria.They are educated, or they are attending school, and simply invited them(like others) to come to my Country at their leisure.Now most of them are calling me to say the difficulty of obtaining a visa to come here.I cannot facilitate their request here, only that I can sponsor them if necessary, so I simply went about trying to do my own research online, and I was directed to this forum hence my intros,again I am SINCERELY Sorry for any offences I have committed, but my quest is still the same,Thank you.
