Argentina legend Diego Maradona is suing video game developer Konami for using his likeness without permission in Pro Evolution Soccer 2017. The game contains players such as Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry and Gary Lineker, who players can use in the 'myClub' mode. However, Maradona is also included, and the Argentina legend claims he didn't give permission to the games' creator, Konami. "I heard yesterday that the Japanese company Konami uses my image for its game PES 2017," Maradona said on his Facebook. "Unfortunately, my lawyer Matias Morla will initiate the corresponding legal actions. I hope this is not another scam."
