To me El Rufai is misunderstood and the man cannot be bend by any politician, he's very stubborn and not afraid to tell anybody his mind. Hence the political tussles.
I won't deny the fact that he has his eyes on something but he has done his part in writing the memo, this shows that everyone can go wrong at a point in time and personally I don't see anything wrong with the memo

Elrufai is incompetent and unfit to rule the local government not to talk of state. How could Elrufai went and hiring herdsmen to unleashed attacks on civilians and those that didn't voted for him in 2015 elections
