If yes, I'd recommend Physics 11 and 12 by Mcgrawhill Hill. Thats what I use but it's quite lengthy and Jamb is by the corner.

lol. Its biology. So why did u pick 1%. Why not 10% since it has more concentration and would lead to a high osmotic pressure.
Remember osmosis is from a region of lower conc. to higher conc.

A hypotonic solution would cause inflow of water into the cell hence increasing its osmotic pressure

Q = Mc0 = 0.1*4200*40(I converted to kg) = 16800
mole ratio = 0.16/16 = 0.01
0.01*16800 = 168
