Na wa for argument and the 2 French love birds. This OPQ is still tormenting me, i keep seeing and muttering OPQ everywia i go. The Heineken is not helping. I've inscribed the word OPQ on the walls of my room, and I bow to it every 3hrs, so it will allow me pass through.
Maybe you guys should do same.

To those yet to take theirs, take into consideration your network strength. I was quite fast n answering the questions yet mtn decided to dull my parole with their slow network (maybe because it rained over here, cos they're usually reliable). I took almost 40 mins to complete mine, who's in the same shoe with me make i get hope.

Kindly read again! i said calmly to not put major emphasis on pwc values but the job role; for example if you are going in for audit you cannot say you hate routine work or numbers; be consistent you cannot say in your answer you like numbers but dont like statistical problems.. i hope u understand. no one is pressurizing you to listen, we all have different lanes
And i was guilty of this cry cry where I was trying to fit into the 'innovative' value bracket.

OPQ be damned!. What an assessment. Na God hand I dey so.

BTW for those of us that have done the test, I kept choosing LEAST LIKE ME anytime I saw the "change behavior to fit my surrounding/people". I hope I wasn't fumbling o.

At a point, I started doing mini mini mani mo. You see the three options that are most like you, and you're there staring at the screen wondering which one you're to pick. One of my lecturers told me that during exams, the first answer that comes to your head is most likely to be correct. In this case, it's most likely to reflect you. No one really knows what exactly they are looking for. One idea has up to ten sentences twisted differently.

Lol! Thing is I learnt a bit of French back in secondary school, but after a decade of disuse it now takes a good ton of effort to phrase simple sentences. See my predicament? sad And yes, I got a bit of help

Even me come dey confused sef... Na Wednesday all the tension go end....

I still don't understand why PWC would give an exam where network speed would play a role. Sometimes, I wonder what their problem is.

The first shl we wrote wasn't network dependent. It downloaded the entire question, we worked through it, and was submitted accordingly. This one that would load after answering the each question.. Me go just look the screen while it loads.

One mind dey tell me to write madam toyin a mail 2mao morning, explaining a few things such as this, so they can tailor it out in their next recruitment scheme.

Another mind dey tell me "guy... Respect yourself oo"

Let 2mao reach first...

Oshey.
Because HR is one person.

and the Nigerian firm's processes are disparate from the rest of the network.

When I become PwC HR.

I will get rid of this ipsative nonsense... It certainly shouldn't be used as an elimination stage for Graduate Recruitment... Research has shown....

Think we guys taking it out on madam Toyin is unfair, pwc recruitment process is virtually d same in d whole world except for one or two slight differences per country and I tell you no amount of complain, worries or even writing to them will stop the OPQ to be used again next year, just like it has always been, na so e be now, naso he go be forever more. Let just enjoy it, Tuesday or Wednesday, we will know how far.. mm

Bros. Nobody is taking anything out on anybody. Nobody said they should stop OPQ... We ain't developed yet. Network speed still dey play role here. Unless timing may not play a significant role in d outcome, its not completely fair. There were times I was just looking at my screen, waiting for the next question to finish loading... It wasn't like the first test...

PS: it was even stated that the network speed would not affect the timing of the exam in d aptitude test.
