guys please ,i need help. i must have activated some kind of security on my phone a few months ago. Now, ive forgotten the pin. so yesterday i tried to switch sims, and immediately ,it startted asking for Privacy protection pin. thing is that i disabled the two sims before i removed them (the way i unmount the sd card before removing). So now when i put back the default sims, it shows 'no service' so im not sure if the remote unlock will work. but, if i put a different sim, it inds network signal.

I dont wanna format it (yet,at least not before trying other options) because i have A LOT of vatal information i wouldnt want to lose.

what can i do?

So bad of Carlcare Uyo.. . I was happy I got my phone back little did I know that my panel was changed and this new one none of the sound output is functioning.. ..
Speaker no sound
Earpiece no sound
External headset no sound..
I don't think I can advice any of my close relative And friends to get such a phone.. . Errors are numerous...
Just for 1 month I cannot enjoy a brand new phone I bought with my little money.. .
First thing on Monday am going back there.. .. Very disappointing. ...
Have said many good things about this product.. . They shouldn't make me regret my decision...

the phone has nothing to do with the problems you are experiencing now, this is the fault of the carlcare engineers that handled you phone

Hi @DlawTECHY My sincere apology for this error. You can visit the Uyo branch office today, if you have the chance. We close by 2:30PM on Saturdays. These errors will be rectified. Call to inform them of everything you've noticed before you go too. You will find the contact numbers in your Carlcare App.

I made a post earlier. The phone is just a month old.. I bought it brand new to avoid stories that touch... .but I was chatting and the phone just went off.. . Can you explain that?? ?

it's better to save n buy quality fone dat will last u don to go for less quality n have issues with it
