Late registration might limit your choice of preferred states as some "juicy" states will have be full,so always have another back-up of 4 states.

Bro just forget that ur friend said... Remember camp varies, whatever that matters to camp A might not matter to camp B, aside the major documents like SOR, CUL e.t.c I ll advise you to go with ur o'level certificate to be on a safer mode and to avoid story that touches.
Remember some camp inspectors are just sadist (some no just get joy at all)
