Who killed the Customary law in the Southern Nigeria and with what intention? Community enacts the Customary law and the law is enforce by the community leaders...Baale, Baale, community commitee and Oba. Why the people of the south seem helpless and who to blame? Fulani herdsmen, raided the farm, eat up the farm products and criminalised the farmer and their family without challenge! who is to blame? In my investigation, The herds paraded in the south, belong to the southerners......the rich and politician! who is to bame? Courts, police and politician gain in these livestocks! To save the south from any agressor, we must stick to our tradition and our tradional leaders! under the customary law: we can ban the movement of gun by herdsmen! We can restrict the movement of herds arround the farm in our local! National and international laws bow down for Customary law and that's why Zaria law trife against other law! Don't jubiliate when lawmaker make bill against your tradition he is killing you! No Nothern law maker can make bill against Zaria law and survive it! They were right! Even in the political setup of today our councilors were there to make local law for our consumtion! why blame Hausa/Fulani for our failure? Oyinkinola |

Emycord:if you live in kano you can't go against zaria law that's their tradition, they were right! why other people go against us in the south? it's either because we didn't enact the law or enforce the law that will protect us! if we farm to nourish the cows, who will nourish us? |

oyinkinola:i get you and i think they succeed in making us our own enemies while they laugh and scorn at us while we fight ourselves the victitious common enemy goes on strategising what next to do un further milk us dry. They are glad as much as south is disunited a house divided against itself cannot stand . They chose the most vocal, the igbo and make others see them as the enemy of the state region and zone.. In the christian circle they have planted thier mole pretending un be christians one of them just apologised un gej about lying on campaing funds and you see christians trying un always be politically correct until we say no things will go on like this |

Emycord:...we don't need to blame any one for our failure, that's the truth! we need the customary law that will protect our selves,! No one can be against that! but you can't expect to be protected 100% by the federal law! it is impossible! |
