Let it all out! You'll feel better.
My friend of 14 years just called me crying and asking me to get her a teaching job cos she is tired of her time consuming job and little baby. We talked about it and we both felt better.
I let her know teaching job isn't moimoi. As a mother, you are bound to feel guilty until proven otherwise. cheesy

I totally feel your pain. I consider myself one of those stone cold kind of pple. it takes a lot for me to shed one drop of tear, not to talk of crying. But mehn, i no know when i begin dey weep for office yday.

My younger brother usually helps me pick my daughter up from school or is at home to receive her from the school bus at about 5pm.

Only for him to call me yday dat he will be home late as one of his lecturers fixed an evening tutorial class for 5pm to 7pm. I quickly called the her teacher and the teacher assured me that she will be in school till about quarter to 7 and will take care of her till i picked her up.

My madam for office then called me some minutes to 4 that she has some adhoc work for me. i said no problem, she should go ahead to send it. When i didnt get any email from her, i asked for it at 4pm, den 4:30 again, and she responded she will send it both times. When i didnt get anythg till 5:15, na so i shut down carry my kayah.

When she noticed i was leaving, she was like" dont tell me you are leaving, i thought i told you about some work i need you to work on", i responded, " i thought it wasnt urgent given that you have not sent it yet"

Thats how she said she will send it now and i cant leave. I explained that i need to go pick my daughter from school, and i dont have anyone to get her for me. She said i shld go and look for alternative oo, as she need me in the office.

I just started crying, saying but you are a mother too and while your kids school were in session, you leave this office latest 5:30 to go get them, Agreed that sometimes you take them home and come back to the office, but not all of us have that luxury of leaving very close to the office.

She didnt expect it, neither did i even plan to cry but its all just pent up aggression. Monday through thursday last week, the earliest i left the office was 10:30pm. Friday dat i insisted on closing to go see my daughter, na war.

I am just fed up of the situation. Its so bad that if i get another job with almost 100k less than what i earn i will beg them to employ me

my son does not like anybody to carry him. it was just us before but now we have started going out but he runs from people and cry unnecessary now. keep him to get something,he will cry, keep him to poo and bath,we will cry and shrink himself.

In fact, this child bearing matter tire me.

no matter what i eat,it doesn't show in my body. i dont know if it is breast feeding or wot but na only me dey breast feed??
there is a wedding coming up but my body no good at all. dh has sharply replaced the provisions that just finished but i know say e no end oo. this body has refused to add weight.

okk,e be like say na rant,
i feel better letting it out

I think this is a phase and very soon he will get over the crying episodes. It is also common with babies who are always with their mothers. See iomoge's suggestions above.

And stop ranting about that ur fine body o. A lot of mamas especially me wish i have that kain body, infact i gained 5 kg post pregnancy, plus pregnancy weight that has refused to go away. Take time o sis, enjoy it jor. All my size 12 clothes b4 preggy are wasting away, i am now wearing 16 to 18. But i still thank God and will embrace the experience again and again

You can get sebamed in large pharmacies and supermarket

It's N2400. It doesn't foam at all but was really good on him. Its not really sustainable. You can try dove sensitive soap. It's about N200.

wait? 2400 for one tab?

Good day Mamas and Papas

Been a while I came here, trust y'all are good.
My baby was six months last month and we started feeding her other stuffs, I bought NAN to mix with pap but she rejects pap and takes noodles very well. I eat carrot every evening and she cries for hers, I give her little and she uses it to soothe her gums grin grin

Please I need ideas of foods she can accept asides noodles which I don't want her to get too used to.

For teething, we've been using teething powder and few doses of Piccan for when she gives troubles, she attempts to crawl but her knees can't carry her yet so she just lies flat in the process...lol

The past 6 months + has been interesting for us and I thank you all for your advice and support

Ever since I gave birth I have been having red itchy rashes on my hands I always try hard not to scratch it.I have use a lot of anti bacteria cream but nothing,it have even change the color of my hands.some women say its caused by baby hair that if I stop breast feeding it will go,how true is that cause am always itchy. Help

I dont think its something to be worried about. My ds is 5 months plus and the same thing has been happening and nothing i applied had really worked but it leaves on its own sometimes and still returns after some while. I was also told they are OMUGWO rashes and will still stop in future so am hopeful

Zimunachimdi, ranting over slim size shocked wow, I don get my size mate for here but diff is I so love the size. Mama, I guess its the thing of the mind. Do you have adequate rest? Do you have any issues bothering you? These things can affect you as person including your outlook not necessarily your size now. You can be veryslim but fresh and facially "alive" if you get what I mean.
Do you take multivitamins too? It helps a lot. Cheers dear.
