Entered at 1.0665 stop at 1.0675 (10 pips)

usdjpy: i'm taking a small sized SHORT @ 110.89 with SL @111.06 -111.50.. every move back to 111.50 i would be selling before NFP... TP =OPen

Edit: currently adding to short position of cad crosses i.e buying Eurcad and gbpcad @ current price with SL =1.4297-1.4270,1.6681 respectively, TP =open.. eyes on #dxy for appropriate addition /reduction,etc ..

#GBPUSD (mid -long term play) = late to this move nonetheless i'm going long @ current price 1.2467, not comfortable till it's back above 12500.. SL =12350 .. would be adding to this position on reasonable retracement as it occurs in the coming days -weeks

who can confirm if its a double top we are seeing on the USD/CAD 1hr timeframe?

That pair is just a snail recently. Are u trading for small pips? I was forced to take signal on 1min chart yesterday.

update: got stopped out of #eurcad, back in long @ 1.4280 SL @ 14180 TP =OPen ... just added to usdjpy short position (eyes on nikkei as it's gradually getting to short term resistance, usdjpy should gradually move back down) *fingers crossed*

No,I am targeting larger moves at .0584/.03** as targets. The best entry was at .0890 first entry which i took, then .0685 was second entry which I missed but the last entry I dropped here few hours ago can't really remember now.
I trade basically for mid term and swing these days around 100pips to 500pips then I scale in at each point to get more like this EU trade,I have 3 positions now. Then I have around 4-6 positions on ea too.
Tried scalping but too stressful but still scalp once a while.
ONLY THE DISCIPLINED MAKE IT THESE DAYS.

That's cool. Same here only that I have less screen time so I have to do small scalping and scale out sometimes, as I focus on.my weekly target. What do think makes market dull in recent times? Even when some news releases,it just push for a while and range all over. Only the descipline can really make it.

On the bolded,its simple the game has changed gone are the days when market used to spike on news day over hundreds of pips.
Now,what happens is that; the movement is already priced in the chart before the news...meaning the major move is already done before the main news.
Example is tomorrow's NFP ,you can see eurusd already making moves today breaking down some major s/r points on the way, what you will see tomorrow most likely will be a retrace and then a continued move to the previous direction. what you see days after the news is then a determined direction already previously played out.
THE GAMES HAVE CHANGED AND ONLY THE FLEXIBLE WILL SURVIVE.

To buttress more on the above... The previous days of the currency starts ranging and just a day or two then the main move happen before news then when news comes it takes some stops and then continue in the main direction.

You are very correct bro. just look at gby pairs yesterday and see early movement since service pmi. that was why i said the underdogs will push the market early and will be at stand bye during fomc meetings. Gone are the days that we see 100pips jump on fomc reports, but now , we see wide spread during news with little movements. I thought EUusd will break yesterday only to continue its ranging.

Just take a look at the summary of DAILY/weeky pips and percentage feed, not that encouraging . Only jpy pairs and some exotics doing push .
But with patience and discipline, money is here to be made.
Hopefully tomorrow can bring some.

Will follow up later but the thing is that prices are already moving and don't get caught in between. This happened when D.T has a meeting with xi and that's kinda of interesting.

Nothing much will happen during NFP most likely cos everything has been priced in already except maybe for stop hunt.

no it's not my dad's business and i assume you have no matter how little a sense of humor to know i was kidding..

So,what happened NFP ? no difference made and everything continues the way its been...still riding the journey down. There was a spike up around 45pips on 1hour tf maybe to pick some stops and now there would be another round of pumping and dumping.
What will happen most likely next is that eurusd would look like its rising and then dump down,trapping more traders on the bullish side of the trade.

eyes on #DXY (dollar index) for short across the board i.e i'm going short usdjpy @ curent price , long eurusd @ current price, with SL @ 111.50 , @ 105.50 TP = open ..

#Dxy (until 101.28 is taken out i'm taking a stab short at this instrument), S&P500, us30yr and gold would be my indicator for directionas this trade play out

Also my 20pips SL on eurusd was taken out after I adjusted it, I wasn't lucky by just 3 pips. And now going back as you predicted. But my usdjpy doing well now, targeting 200pips. It looks promising, but not sure if advisable to leave it over weekend, though small lot, but this thump wahala,eh? E don dey happen.

Be careful about the uj buy,its headed somewhere around 112.**/113.** then we could see 109.** in the coming weeks.

My 3 sell trades on eurusd is making me around 750+ pips...I gotta drink to that but there is a 3000+ pips plan ahead,just hoping to catch in too.

Nice one. Adding position things. My target on usjpy is 112**.nothing more, just close to fib50. I may add position if I see good move on Monday, as it stands, gap may occur during weekends if those 2warlords counter missile themselves. Only God knows what can happen.

The reason is simple,GOLD. That's the commodity cos nobody would want papers cos it won't be of value.

Cutting my euraud trade off...seeing something on chart, doesn't look good. Just 100+ here not as expected on 4 trades.

Maybe not a war but something went down there and the info is not for public consumption. We take what the media gives.

Eurusd hit the .0584 level and that's supposed to my TP but there might likely be a chance for a 1.0351 down the line but most often i won't bank on this but lets see. will give it a try but my pips would be protected though.
