Right turn on red is not national.... not allowed in NY unless a sign says you can. @Frank...lol...the Police came out of thin air!...they really do!

NYC maybe but not the whole state - http://www.safeny.ny.gov/roadrule.htm

"Right Turn on Red -
At many intersections in New York State, governed by traffic lights, you may make a right turn when the light is red.

You must come to a complete stop, check the intersection for vehicles and pedestrians, and proceed to make a right turn when it is safe to do so.

Turning right on red is prohibited in cities with a population of more than one million unless a sign permits it.
Turning right on red is prohibited if a sign at the intersection prohibits it. ยง1111(d)"

PS: Traffic laws are not national in the USA.

How do they preserve these meats?
Will they pack all back to the freezer and display them again the next day or how?

H1-B is a temporary workers visa. It authorizes the holder to live and work in the US. The F-1 visa is a student visa granted to people who intend to pursue a full time education program in this country

That showcase thingy is actually very chilly. I don't think they pack and unpack any of the meats though, since the store is open 24hrs

Yep. In cases of Visa overstay on an F-1, I heard immigration are more lenient when you're applying for the green card by marriage.

I've always wished that NYSC graduates, as part of their service, should be sponsored for two weeks visit to a developed country by the government.
Good idea! But some of them would use the opportunity to disappear in foreign countries and find themselves greener pastures Perhaps.

yes! Until the expiry date and they will be thrown away. They can display them for like seven days before the expiry date.

You can put systems in place to guard against that.

This is how it should be, I was already thinking, the trays should be in such a way that, they'll act like refrigerators kinda.

makes sense.

Some ideas:

1) A required course on international relations which can only be taken after passport is stamped at US Consulate outside. No stamp, no class, no certificate/degree.

2) Send to only countries that have tough immigration control like the USA now has.

In any case, after a few years, those youths would have made changes and many would start seeing the benefits of developing Nigeria.

It's not foolproof but we can apply the 60/40 rule.

Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.
