This has happened to me in the past but I later induced my period after conducting a TVS in the second month of delay to ensure there was nothing growing anywhere. Was the scan you did thoroughly done and also why should your gyny place you on primolute N without further checks on you. Some gynys can be too over confident and generalise their treatments, ignoring the fact that what worked for Mrs A may not work for Mrs B. I would advice you watch your body for some time and consider doing a hormonal profile.

The Breakthrough.

After waiting for some time with no conception and the option of travelling back to India not feasible, we started thinking about a good hospital to go in Lagos. I was at work 1 day, during my break, i browsed the internet and came about a website called The Fertile Chick. i clicked on it and lo and behold, there was a story that did analysis on all major IVF centres in Nigeria. I checked the contents and asked my hubby to check as well. she settled for The Alpha Assisted Reproductive Klinic (The ARK in Dolphin, Lagos).

Ambience was superb, Staff were courteos, The Ark centers their treatment around GOD and power to do the impossible. Awesome Miracles abound in their books and lots of paintings and inscriptions on wall says a lot abt this. She felt at home there and concluded in her mind from day 1 not to complain about anything but just say YES to whatever the DR says), Treatment was not CHEAP (compared to others), Latest innovations and technology are present in their modus operandi. In short, they are FANTASTIC AND we can give them 95%.

Tests conducted, IVF treatment done, 2wks Wait, BFP confirmed for the 1st time ever and we are living the dream

There is no mini branch for power must change hands. We all meet at prayer city every first Saturday of the month.
The Brt I was talking about is a free transportation provided by G. O for those living within Lagos only.

Very fantastic place. Followed my cousin there one time and like you said, Dr Alabi knows her onions but na money kill am.

And to other mamas, The Fertile Chick Online webiste is a very good place for TTC women. Its just like this group. It was founded by Nicole, a lady who TTCd for several years and did several IVFs before the one she did in Lekki by one doctor (I have forgortten his name but its on the website) was successful and now she has a set of twins. I followed her from when she first started writing for Bellanaija and when I sent her a mail about my sister, she was soo helpful and even suggested some clinics and for anybody considering IVF, I will say this testimony has cemented ARK in my mind. This was where a church member did her IVF and she got triplets. TY Bello's IVF that resulted in her twin sons are also from ARK and with this testimony from EUREKA2017, I will surely recommend them, although I have not used them before.
