Hi fellow nairalanders, i'm having an issue with my utme registration. I chose University of Ibadan and applied for geography. My utme subjects are english, maths, geography and physics which is ok for geography in faculty of science. I later discovered on getting home, that the operator registered me for geography under the faculty of social science. Now, my question is that is there anything i should be afraid of? Like won't the utme subject combination affect me? Does this affect the chance of me getting admission? Is there any immediate solution? |

Honestly,that physics will be a problem oh.geography utme subject under social science includes maths,english,geography and economics or government. |

Stephynoe:didn't you check for the necessary requirements before registering.... A wrong subject combination will automatically disqualify you even if you meet the cutoff modified** there's no issue with your Utme subjects Geography 10428C Two ‘A’ level subjects including Geography and any other Science subject. Utme subjects : English Language and any three of the following: Geography, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. 5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any of two or three of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Further Mathematics. Agricultural Science is not acceptable as a Science subject. but, you should still confirm |
