big for nothing governor, just 8 local government councils, he can't pay salaries, (1)OGBIA LGA,15 months) (2 NEMBE LGA 10 months). (3.BRASS LGA 9 months), (4 YENAGOA 10 months) (5 SOUTHERN IJAW 10 months). (6.KOLOKUMA-OPUKUMA.10 months) (7 EKEREMOR 10 months). (8 SAGBAMA 9 months), all these local government councils in bayelsa state until now the governor has not paid them,and including the state civil servant's, for 8 months
