Residents of the Delta steel company Estate (DSC) Warri Delta State are calling on the Government, PHCN and the good people of Nigeria to come to their aid. According to a Mobile Reporter "Precious Nice" who is a DSC resident said they have not had power supply in the area for 4 years & even no transformers. all the transformers are no more in working conditions and many of the electric poles are down . they plead with the government and top personalities to come and rescue them from this outage .
