Tithes and Seed-Faith Offerings should be separated from regular Thanks giving. Tithes and Seed-Faith Offerings should henceforth be PAID to Government Purse of the State in which such offerings are made. Governments should organise Internal Controls to retrieve such offerings every Monday. The Mosques too should pay Sakats to Governments. |
