Naija never sack reach Real Madrid.And as for Lagerback abi nah wetin u call am,that is football for u bro,a coach may be fired frm Leceister city for poor performance bt goes to Everton and do wonders,that doesn't justify his poor performance at Leicester.Europe is more developed in football than africa,hw many teams in africa play good football that Nigeria can not qualify evn with the fact that Naija has great football talent than any african country?We shall continue to hire and fire

But you are forgetting that club football is fundamentally different from international football.

First of all, you have 32 games in the domestic campaign meaning that its a marathon so you can fire a coach and bring in another one because you have almost unlimited time for practice and match preparation. In international football you have only a few days a year with your players at your disposal making it very difficult for you to drill your ideas and philosophy into them before they go back to there clubs. That's why you can't afford to keep hiring and firing like Real Madrid.

Another way in which club football greatly differs from international football is that in club football you can afford to go out and buy the best of the best players from around the world each season to improve your squad while in international football you are stuck with the players your country has which in majority of cases are much much inferior to the ones you play with at Real Madrid or Barcelona. So hiring and firing like Madrid is ABSOLUTELY dumb because you don't have anyone in your country's team that is good enough to play for them because if they did they would be playing there right now.

Every country has few days to prepare,that is not a peculiar case to Nigeria,and the last time i checked,no african team has a long term coach,they are all new coaches in every tournament so why will Nigeria fail to qualify,is their case different?

The fact that everybody does it does not make it right for goodness sakes. You have been doing the same thing over and over again and yet you have been getting the same results abi you have not heard the saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results?
When you keep doing things over and again and getting the same end result does that not tell you that its time to make fundamental changes to the way you think?

Bro football is different,every competition is crucial,no time to wait till 2070 to have a team.All i expected u to have said is for NFF to hire a good coach not outdated ones,that is the problem.Steven Keshi was given almost 2 yrs yet he failed.When he won the AFCON,he didn't prepare with yrs,he came in few months and stil won.Whn u get it right u wil deliver,stay ten yrs to prepare and get it wrong u fail

First of all, YOU CAN'T WIN EVERY COMPETITION!!!!!
Secondly, nobody is saying that you wait 70 years to assemble a team all we are saying is that before you embark on a project like hiring a new coach you have to state your expectations and the timeline of this football project.
It seems that the NFF does not even plan that far ahead they just hire a coach and want him to perform wonders in every tournament. No one performs well in every tournament not even Barcelona, everyone has there down years that's why its good to have a system in place instead of just working haphazardly like the NFF does. Case in point Manchester Utd under Sir Alex Ferguson.
