Could change of oil from 5w-20 to 5w-30 & back to 5w-20(costal-milemaster-micking.)make a car emit white smoke, especially when the a/c is put on?

Yes. But not full synthetic, the new oil I used is full synthetic.

You have blowby revert back to the former oil.

A continous smoke or smoke at first early morning start?

Mostly noticeable at early morning start or when started after the car has been parked for some time. Especially when the a/c is turned on.
