Just as the name implies, it's totally free. You just need to buy the things you need to set it up like decoder, dish, cable etc. The type of program you luv to watch will determine the decoder and dish size. Just state them here so that gurus in the house can help out. I was once a victim of DSTV too, but I got enlightenment in this forum. You can also take time to read previous posts because your issue has been discussed several times.

You can make do with your dst dish and accessories. All you need to change is a FTA HD decoder. That was how I started. You can add extra lnb,dish and diseqc if you want more options.

Hi guys, help needed please.... I will like to watch today's match and my Eutelsat 16/17 e is not showing (dunno if I'm right about the name, it's been long)... The one that has this TP 10803 H 29999 with this stations 2stv, RTG1, STV2 etc..... Is there a new TP or what? Because it's showing red here and all effort to make it green has proven abortive.

Everything is just red.... Kindly tell me my mistake, I think I touched the Lnb and the dish, so the settings is wrong.

I was thinking if one plugged the wire to both decoder end and the Lnb outside, even if it's not green yet the thing should show 90+ (not signal), but this one is showing 32%...

Can you please explain the settings from scratch, I will grab it fast as I was the one that fix it, it's just been long I touched it, reason I forgot.....

I remember something like 8' o clock position for the dish/lnb, raise up a bit so so so!!!

Check the cable and f-connector @ the back of the decoder and with lnb if it is well connected then if it is not working try to change ur cable or lnb or you retrack ur dish

anybody from thè southern hemisphere should report if tv zimbo will show todays Champions League4

When rain shifted my dish, I had to sacrifice multi TV for 16e.
16e has better packages.

Just assume you're doing a fresh installation. Check your LNB, connectors, cables and diseqc setup, if you're using mire than 1 LNB.

Then reset, input parameters and blind scan.
