Delta state problem is tribalism, if u look at it very well , Delta state is not even a PDP state, is because of our turn to rule syndrome , that's why PDP is having the upper hand in Delta state. When they rigged Election in Delta, nobody will say anything even when the person they rigged it for is a criminal or murderer, because they feel they other ethnic group has rule and is now their turn to rule.

Delta state is too backwards in term of development. Its so sad that we have the like of Tony Elumelu and Jim Ovia from Delta north. All the governors so far are thieves!

Even the indigenes of the state don't invest in the state, remove , Tony Elumelu, Jim Ovia, the Ibrus, Onosuoke Etc invest from Lagos and put it in Delta, and see how Delta will look like

One those people you mention told me and a group of Deltans that they scared to move their major investment home because of the corruption level in the state,he gave an example that he wanted to open the biggest Canned fish factory in Africa that would employ nothing last than 2000 and he went to see the governor, only for him to demand 20% of the company.
