Let me clear something here, some people have ask, where and which branch will the new trainees work? OK! every organization or nation have growth, development and expansion plan, sometimes it maybe 2, 3 and 4 years plan. wot dat means is dat. the new trainees will first of all be groomed in the existing branches before they are posted to new branches across the country, from my research the new expansion plan of Fidelity bank will cover mostly 19 northern states, Lagos and some part of South/South Nigeria, which I belief will increase the number of their branches from the present 220+ to abt 500 in two years to come. I belief I have provided answer to some argument in the mind of some of us!!!!

Loool it has nothing to do with grace. If the cutoff mark is 50% which I suppose it is your invite would surely come.

I noticed in the text, no mention was made to a particular dress code. I suppose we don't have to wear a suit.

Try and dress in a corporate suit with matching ties. Preferably black or ash colour. Its part of the assessment.

The thing is, corporate gown is allowed, but you never can be so sure how it's doing the person. If you're very endowed behind, you do know a fitted official gown will bring out everything and a flare one may look kinda clumsy. This would either make your interviewer, happy or sad. Unlike suit, you can never go wrong with a black, ash or navy blue suit. It's advisable to wear a suit.

I noticed they wore more of ash suits at my centre, I wonder if it's a coincidence or they have a thing for ash...

Guys should stay off black ties. I would suggest a navy blue tie, since it's one of their colour.

Please wear black fitted suit and clean inner white with tie of your choice, if you don't have borrow. This notice is for both male and female, noting like corporate gown with fidelity bank!

When talking about urself cleverly include ish relating to TAC . (Trust me it gets them)

Also know your current affairs and the latest happenings (I.e ikoyi seized cash)

+be able to answer a few questions on ur course...

Well the lady said I should hope that the recruitment process will last up till when my discharge certificate will be ready. I was surprised to come back here and see that they stopped others from writing.
