Same here .Ntel network used to be da bomb!!! Now it just shit!!!! Yeah I said it shit and totally messed up network. The first month I used ntel I used 350gb . second month 50gb now m ashamed to say it. Its not fair ntel .well after this subscription expires good bye ntel. I heard they increased the subscription amount from 10k to 12k plus I don't know.if its true. If it is true. Good bye ntel I will never use it again. Its just rubbish. My MTN network is better than it now

This is the first time they're apologizing for their constant downtimes, and to think it took them more than 24hrs after the said downtime for them to acknowledge it is simply unbelievable in this day and age.

Whoever is in charge of customer relations and client management should not only be sacked but jailed for gross incompetence and zero knowledge of customer retention and management.

I weep for my country....

It's up but fluctuating, comes in and off. Presently doing 1.7Mbps on IDM, location is yaba.

Seems the throlling is now fully automatic even if you do not restart device.

I think someone needs to take these guys to CPC for false representation. All the providers.

They run around shouting unlimited, but they all have limits.

Ntel 'unlimited' is basically 90gb per month. End of. A plan that gives you 3gb per day is not unlimited. I cannot even download win 10 creators update with that. I cannot stream a full season on Netflix.

I am just coming from smile, who have said their unlimited lite has a daily cap of 1.5gb.

At Spectranet right now to find out their own unlimited cap

Spectanet unlimited cap is 100gb, after which it falls to 512kb/s.
They could not tell me what their free night cap is.

They offer unlimited night plan but they throttle the speed to 10mbps (as at 6months ago), u might think it's cool cos outside 1-7am u will get like 30 - 40 Mbps (my area) but to me any network throttling speed gets me mad, I might have to go back to using swift. I enjoyed ntel while it lasted.

You can all test your speed with fast.com and upload, so they can get more feedback since they now monitor this thread

They have a lame network coverage and probably less than a million users all over Nigeria. If they loose more people they will get the message that if they don't have anything better to offer over and above what already obtains in the market, they don't deserve to be in business

Anyone still paying for Ntel's crappy speed is the one fooling themself

I invested in it but now, the service is so crappy and slow, I want to go back to swift. But I paid 45k for the router...
If I can use my swift Sim in the ntel router, that'll be awesome!

Unless things have changed, the router (desktop) is unlocked by default.

That is why I bit the bullet and bought a 4g router, so I can buy any sim and port as I wish
