He should deploy that into leadership by example. He cannot be doing swagger with Rolls Royce etc when he can be seen in primary schools with girls, donating books, microscopes and other learning aids.
That is what will give him an unassailable platform to preach morals to others.
Anything short of that will make him an object of ridicule and derision.

I hold no great love for Sanusi. If we were a rational society, his position as an Emir shouldn't even exist. It's not only anachronistic but patently unfair to give usurpers so much power and prestige without responsibilities or accountability. However, that is a discussion for another day.

The important thing to note here is Sanusi has no clear duties (as far as I know) but the Governor has certain clear duties. The point is that the government is apparently failing in her primary responsibilities. Those things you mentioned up there are not Sanusi's responsibilities. It will be nice if he does them just as it will be nice if Dangote liquidated all his assets and gives it to the poor. That may be nice but he's better off doing what he's doing now namely creating wealth and employing people. It is therefore pure distraction to engage in these ad hominem attacks on the messenger rather than the clear failings of the government.
