There are many phones which will fit that budget, it really depends on what you want, as long as you are ready to get a phone. You can check itel smartphones out in slot shops, you may just find your dream phone.

Yeah, true dual sim is better than hybrid sim trays but at the same time hybrid sim is better than single sim so i cannot really complain. Meanwhile there are hacks on youtube you can use to get both sim and sd card working. Although, i wouldn't advice it.

For me, the Redmi note 4 is better overall than the Infinix note 3. The only area the infinix might beat the Redmi is battery capacity, although the Redmi has a smaller screen that'll consume lesser power so it kinda evens out.

I can categorically say redmi note 4x's 4000mah battery is like some overhyped 6000mah battery haply because of battery optimization.
