and it is el that is more fixture friendly than pl ba. hahaha haha. watch the way el winners played on their way to the trophy;a direct opposite of what afc plays. rougher legs are needed, every player has a rival waiting 2 replace him in starting 11. id have no hope on them with this current squad. mtn backup is more reliable and efficient than wenger when it comes to injury crises.
EL is a surer bet for a European title than the CL. Or don't you think so?

Back 3 not bad. At least we can cope with counter attacks.
Nice freekick Sanchez.
Holding is so much better than Gabriel and even Mustafi.

I agree, but is it mr wenger that complains of too many fixtures/week that it will favor? if 5 so called key players injure, isnt it academy boy that he will use? the backup isnt there. even chelsea prepared hard and injury list was high. so.....

After watching the post game reaction and on field celebrations, I think they are both (Sanchez & Ozil) staying. I may be wrong though...

But Ozil is lazy and doesn't help the team.

You lots are delusional, what's the aim of this post, to show Ozil is a hard worker or what exactly? It's no wonder your fan base is undecided about Wenger...

I am sure you did not notice how Sanchez gave the ball away for a counter attack.

@ spy360, see why el scares me? immediately alexis was off, the attack lacked sense. ox doing his stupid solo stuff, giroud's leg too heavy. europa league is tougher than ucl. el defenders would just clear you and all pa wengy can do is his usual complaining on the sidelines. i mocked when coquelin tried to play alexis' role. the midfield, tried today, and rob holding looks mature on play, gabby too, but they need serious improvement. besides our opponents were average tonight. taking 7points from a possible 24 sounds like a relegation team stat@afc.

Check out the last time he made 4 tackles in a match

Mesut Ozil made four tackles tonight - his joint-most ever in a Premier League game, last doing so against Manchester City in December 2015.

He really helps the team a lot grin

I think Wenger wants to reshuffle the team and find new roles for each player.

I don't think Ox enjoyed that wingback role. Which explains his late solos just to find joy.

3 lucky points.

We had 6 men in the midfield, but they were all pushing forward leaving just one-legged Xhaka to do the build up. Really slowed the transistion and free flow.

sure i saw that. but it was near the opponents 18box, which means if they scored afc, then the blame is on defence for nt recovering.

Spy360:

Nonsense. Sanchez passed the ball to a player, only for the player to have anticipated a through pass, so he ran out of his current position where Sanchez passed the ball, into an imaginary place he imagine Sanchez should have passed the ball, allowing the Middlesbrough player to intercept and start a counter. Sanchez however took responsibility and charged down the player, slowing him down and allowing Arsenal to get our defensive shape.

Sanchez was top class today. He has been Arsenal's most potent creative force and goal threat all rolled in one.
He scored the free-kick, and created that Ozil goal with a delightful defense splitting loop pass to Ramsey that chested it down for Ozil to score.

Without Sanchez on that pitch, Arsenal would have lost this match 1-0.

Xhaka is the worst midfielder ever to have played for Arsenal in the last few years.

What a Useless player.

If Özil had done some of the stuff Alexis has done in this game, some idiots on this forum won't allow us to hear word. Sanchez is the one leaving us in jeopardy every attack. Caused by so many turnovers, but let's blame Ozil. Instead of Alexis to play off Giroud&allow Monreal be great,he was busy losing possession. Man lost possession so many times yesterday, and cost us a goal. But lets blame Ozil. FOOLS
