When LASG builds poorly designed and constructed roads that among other things do not allow water flow quickly into drains (instead allowing water to pool in depressions) the road deteriorates in a short time.. How can LASG declare zero tolerance on Pot Holes in roads that were constructed under 18 months ago? Do they want to keep on constructing or repairing pot holes? Whose interest is this in? |
